Lazur

The complex of 'Lazur' is only 60m from the sea in the settlement of Sveti Vlas, which is a small coastal town 10km from Nessebar.  The popular 'Sunny Beach' is just a few minutes minutes drive from the resort where there are many attractions such as water sports, restaurants and cafes, and a pulsating nightlife.

The Nessebar peninsular, to the south of the bay, is a cultural gem with its ancient town of Hellenic origin ... now a Unesco protected site.

The unique maritime atmosphere, with its Mediterranean climate of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast,  is complemented by the yacht harbour.

All the apartments are either first line or within a few hundred feet of the sea; nearly all have sea views across the bay to the ancient town of Nessebar and there are no busy roads etc. to cross between you and the beach.

The apartments are built in a 'C' shape. The central four-story building faces the sea and is flanked by four houses heading towards the sea on either side.  Each of the houses is three stories high and each floor is split into two apartments.

The apartments are either 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom with large balconies and open terraces which can be accessed directly from the living quarters.

All the apartments are stylishly appointed with high quality fittings, tiled bathrooms and comfortable furnishings.  Air conditioning and cable/satellite TV are also installed in every apartment.  View pictures of the interior of one of the apartments here.

Within the complex there are restaurants, private pools and landscaped grounds, all maintained to the highest standards.

For visitors with cars, there are plenty of secured parking places under the shade of the trees.
